1) There will be a Candlelit Twilight Sculpture Tour at the Nassau County Museum of Art on Thursday, June 30 at 6:30 PM.
"See the museum's extraordinary Sculpture Garden in a new light!
Candles light the way as Jean Henning, the museum's education director, leads a tour of some of our sculptures
sited around our 145-acres of gardens and lawns. Of particular interest will be our newest sculpture acquisition,
George Rickey's Four Squares Eccentric, a stainless steel work also known as The Tulip. Tour fee of $20 (members $15)*.
This includes refreshments and admission to the museum which stays open late that evening for tour participants."
(* "member price" refers to members of the Nassau County Museum of Art, not members of the Smith College Club of Long Island)
